Yeah, animals tend to antagonize black; don't get the same effect with balck when there are specks of furr stuck about it. Right on with the gym. I swam competitivly for over 10 years and since I have been with my studies I have not been able to get into the pool. I miss it a lot. My boyfrined goes to the gym four days a week and has a strict weight lifting plan, and eats food specific to hsi workout. I envy his determination and dedication; it pays off!!!

the combo of aerobics and sit-ups works great..the running/biking gets rid of the fat and the sit-ups will tone..also leg lifts and bicycles..

I'm super excited about this weekend and celebrating a 2 yr. anniversary (June 11th) with preacher255. We decided to go out to eat at an all-you-can-eat sushi and seafood place on Friday and then go get tattoos together (custom-designed) on Saturday.
