Time for a festive posting I believe. It's bitterly cold here, but with that fresh, clear feeling that I enjoy in the winter (although the house remains pretty chilly). No doubt by Christmas Day itself, it'll be grey and overcast, but nonetheless, I'm starting to feel a bit Christmassy. The Pogues & Kirsty MacColl are on the radio and nothing makes me feel more in the spirit - elegiac of times past, but hopeful for the future ...
