Love yourself completely

38
I know my body has its many flaws but over the years I have learned to love and embrace them all, every single stretch mark, scars , uneven skin tone an apron from having c-sections and extra pounds. I make sure every day to take some time for myself, weather it be a nice long soak in the bath, or doing my makeup and nails. I am also a practitioner in positive affirmation. Dr. Masuru Emoto believed that “Consciousness has an effect on the molecular structure of water, positive changes to water crystals can be achieved through words, sounds, music..” I did this study years ago and applied it to my life. We are made up of water, so I decided to speak only positive and loving words to myself. It changed me and how I felt about myself. I feel happier and most loved.

I am grateful to be a part of SuicideGirls, it is such an amazing community where we can come together and celebrate so many beautiful souls in unique and beautiful bodies.
