Job: I assume you're primarily looking in your own field. Is it that dental hygienist positions don't open up often and there's just not much turnover in the field? and you're a recent grad without a ton of experience? If so, your idea of "volunteering" to get some experience might benefit you in the long-run. Build your resume and hope you find a mentor that will become a strong reference for you and help you land a job when something does open up. Either that or expend your search geographically to a wider area (or be willing to move where a job is).

It sounds like he needs to do some soul searching. The only way a person ever looses sight of the ones they love is to loose sight of themselves. People who are in love are always in love but we sometimes can get in our own way. Explore him and see if feels that if he is coming up short with some ordeal in his life. If there is help him get through it and then you be back where you belong, in his heart.

I bought shape-ups a little over a week ago. I like them. I have horrible balance so they really help with that. They also seem to help my posture a lot too.
