It was my birthday last Sunday and I turned 41 years old. I had a good day. I went to my gym (it’s one of my favourite places to go since everyone there is friendly) then got to see Captain Marvel at the movie theatre. And after that I went to a family dinner, which gave me some quality time with my littlest niece. It was probably one of favourite birthdays in recent memory. Upon reflection of what changes I have made in my life and other changes that are happening around me that do affect me, I have this to say to my life in general right now.
