Today was the last day of customer service week. Bittersweet. Im sad that the laid back attitude will be gone, but I will be relieved that I can get my work done now. For the last day I had the girls write out nice things about each of their coworkers. They surprised me by sending me comments too

"Working with you is like having a party everyday. French fries shot forever!"

"You are so funny and shocking and probably the best boss I will ever have."

"Do I have to be nice? Hahaha! Your loyalty is the most amazing part of you. I love it that you strive for peace and happiness for all of us."

"I have always enjoyed working with you. You help us like noone else cares to."

"I love everything about you. I will take you home hahaha!"

"You're the one person I feel I can ask everything. Nobody deserves that job more than you"

"Scrag, you're my sunshine. Thank you for being you."

"Your intelligence astounds me! How the hell do you remember so much???"

"You so helpful and such a great person, we are blessed to have you in our lives"

"I honestly dont think I'd have a job if you didnt cover my ass all the time. Thanks for teachin an old dog new tricks my Spicy Lil Tomato"

I had to shut my door cuz I got all weepy. Im a sap. I don't think they will every know how much their kind words means to me. I love my girls so much, they make this shitty job worth my time.

So then Im all emotional and just beaming with love and joy that this week went so well. And suddenly my door opens and my girls spill into my office with a dairy free cake in the shape of a star that they had made. They sung me happy birthday cuz they didn't know what else to sing LOL!!!! I couldn't hide my tears.

I have struggled so hard to get respect in this position. It was hard to go from friend to boss/friend. I think I finally have it. And it just makes me feel so fucking good.
