I think Ima take Peedoo to Petco today and get her some more toys n such. She apparently thinks 1am is play time everynight. I woke up to her mauling my hand. It doesnt take her long to chillax though. Think I talk about my teetat too much? TOO BAD!
Im starving like whoa! Get some food in my stummy STAT! I totally had a 5x5 last night *droooooooooool*. Only of couple of you know what they are and how much drool is really coming out of my mouth right now.

Oooooh! In work news, I'm so proud of my workerbees these last couple of days. Morale has been really down for months and Im losing workers and things are changing so work has really been shit for everyone lately. So Robbyn (my boss) and I decided that since we had to do everyones review this week, we would make a point to really stress all the wonderful things each of them do, more so than the things they need to improve on. Wow, did that ever boost morale. My workers are smiling and laughing and going out of their way to help customers and each other, oh man it just really makes me feel good to see them so happy.
One of my favorite workers KT got a call the other day from a REALLY pissed off customer. To make a long story short, he had cancelled a $400 order because a crap representative told him we would not send him out a missing piece from his last order. The missing piece was seriously worth like $1 (shes gone now). This guy called just to lodge a formal complaint and to let us know he would never order from us again. KT, having the big heart she does, apologized so sincerely to this guy and sent him out his piece and just talked to this guy like he really matter because to KT everyone is important (I wish all my workers felt this way). And BAM she gets the customer back, he places a $600 order, and suddenly loves our company again.
I was monitoring her on the call. So I made the biggest To-Do about it. I have the Head Honcho commend her in front of everyone which just tickled her pink hehehe
She came into my office and hugged me at the end of the day and told me how much it meant to her that I cared *wipe tear*
I caught another worker Debbie going out of her way to repeatedly walk a newer rep Kelly through how to set up a chiming clock. Debbie noticed that Kelly is always fumbling through those calls, so she waited for a lull in calls, grabbed a chimer, and sat with Kelly for 25 minutes until she did it smoothly and could say it without looking at the instructions. Then Kelly felt so good, you could just hear the confidence in her calls. :
Eeeeee! I love this shit! Sorry if it sounds boring to you guys, but if you could feel the change in the atmosphere you would know why Im blabbering on about it
