I hate insurance. I had one tooth left to be fixed and my insurance was maxed out. Now my mouth hurts really bad and I cant tell anymore if its from

a. the bad tooth
b. the arthritis in my jaw
c. grinding my teeh when im sleepin

Maybe its D. all of the above.

I would take a Vicaden but I need to eat first and I cant seem to find a fork?
