I am so sick of being sick. My stomach has been hurting for a while now, I'm beginning to think that maybe I got myself an ulcer.... but I can't go to the doc cause I dont have insurance

avoid eating dairy products, citrus, sodas, caffeine, alcohol of course...just try to eat healthy, that helps... I should know, you can google this stuff... hope you feel bettering
