w00t, i'm officially a geek for the rest of my life... not that the elf tattoo on my arm didn't already secure that for me, but I got my star wars tattoos done last night. Galactic Empire on the left shoulderblade, Rebel Alliance on the right... I'll post some pics here shortly
took about 3:15 in the chair, we watched Snatch and most of Goodfellas in the course of the tattoos which was cool. The Zeppelin tattoo was still the longest... 4 hrs in the chair
Back out of the simulators, had 3 flights this weekend, ugh.... don't like flying on the weekends, but ya gotta do what ya gotta do. It was cool though because Saturday night was a night-flight, and I had never flown at night, which is very cool
Although at night, when the instructor kills your attitude gyro and heading indicator, it gets a little hairy tryin to fly when you can't see shit and have no instruments telling you if your pointed up or down... hehe

As for the "landing" you described......I have actually seen the nose wheel come off and the front of the plane buried before
