Wish I could help you but I have no fuckin clue when it comes too medical stuff. Hopefully you feel better soon. Idk weed is the answer though. Maybe try see a masseuse or something. Probably help with ur joint pains.

My recommendation is to move to Oregon. :D Have you tried pure CBD products, if available in a nearby state? Can help with pain and inflammation and supposedly won't show up in a drug test since the THC is nil or below detectable levels. Massage or chiropractor, maybe, but it really depends on what is causing the pain. Obviously ibuprofen (generic Advil), sodium naproxen (generic Aleve), or acetaminophen (generic Tylenol) might help. I'd suggest either of the first two and take for at least 36 to 48 hours to give it a chance to start working. But, you probably just need to wait to find out what is causing the pain and go from there. <3
