nice little evening in last night. a few people came over for a little poker, cocktails and mixed nuts. it was a real hoot! even though big games have more excitement and money at stake, there's still something to be said about only a few guys sitting around the table. the jibber-jabber is more friendly.

back from a long weekend up north!

my sister got married on saturday. dawn and i went up friday morning, stopping at my folks place before hitting the resort. we had this awesome suite! this was the quietest new years eve i can remeber.
