Day 1 of my chantix use
I took the first pill today and my cravings were down quite a bit... for me anyway. My cigs started tasting like nothing at all none of the regular relief from smoking.
I havent had any of those side effects they talk about..no nausea today, but i ate and drank water before i took the pill, i did feel some pressure tho for about 20 minutes. kinda like a alcohol burp.
i felt really aware all day. as if i was completely awake. of course a low dose of dopamine tweaks you a bit so maybe that was it.
all in all not as scared about taking it as i was after reading all the horror stories about the side effects.
one thing i noticed today i was really happy, joking around, and in better spirits than i have been.
I am sure its not all chantix of course im not dense but maybe doing something positive is paying off.
