Unsure of how I feel...
I've been waiting what apparently has been a LONG time for the latest Guns N Roses album to come out, and it's now streaming on Axl's myspace page.
I don't know how I feel about. I have to listen to it a few more times before I can decide if I'm hooked or if it's just whiny shite.
imagine the best his voice ever sounded on Use Your Illusion 1 and 2 but at times mixed with the bitchy whine that was characteristic of "You could be mine" from Terminator 2.
And the music. I can't tell if I'm moved or if it's repetitive...

While I'm glad to finally hear some new Axl, I almost wish the album hadn't come out, so it could just remain a myth and Mr. Rose could go down in history as some sort of Howard-Hughesian former genius who died without ever revealing his final masterpiece. Almost.
