Stay away from carbs and sugar including fruit. Calories dont matter as much. And truthfully fasting is not a real good way to lose weight because your body will hold on to what you do eat for much longer because it will not know when it is going to get food for energy again. It's better to eat 5 small healthy meals a day, that way the body takes what it needs and passes the rest because it expects to be fed again soon. Just a tip.
