Thats not to bad though. You will be there in no time.

Stay away from carbs and sugar including fruit. Calories dont matter as much. And truthfully fasting is not a real good way to lose weight because your body will hold on to what you do eat for much longer because it will not know when it is going to get food for energy again. It's better to eat 5 small healthy meals a day, that way the body takes what it needs and passes the rest because it expects to be fed again soon. Just a tip.

I'm sorry to hear about your grandmother . I guess it was just her time to go, as one day it will be yours. There are no words anyone can say to dismiss your feeling of loss. All I can assure you is that time does heal. Be helpful around the house to ease the emotions of others affected by her death, because I'm sure emotions will be running high.

seems like tough times for you, but often life requires less uplifting moments to bring you to the positive event that is waiting for you. it is strange how there is a natural order for things to occur in.

If you have your choice in new car colors, here are my thoughts....

Black...looks nice and sinister (most of my cars have been black including my current), but is a pain in the ass to keep clean.

White, gray, and silver look cool if you black out the windows and are all easy to keep clean.

Red is no good...first of all I think it's ugly, and secondly, red stands out too much and is proven to subconciously draw attention to people such as the police.

Just a few thoughts...My vote:Black, but keep it clean.

DUDE! The Playground! NOOOOO!!! I used to go to that place all the time. I can't believe that it happened. (I mean, we all expected it eventually, but DAMN.) Even though I had dirt under my fingernails after every night there, I still miss it. =o/ Hell, I even met my college roommate there!

We should chat....at least to jokingly remember the place. Also, where to go now?
