Spoke too soon on the house. The sellers lied about how much they owed on the loan I was assuming. Got blindsided with the extra when I was sent loan paperwork. Counter offered on purchase price to cancel out the difference and they declined. Should have known it was too good of a price to be true.
Unfortunately everything is kind of fucked now. Already gave notice to my apartment complex and I'm supposed to be out on the 11th. They have a waitlist to get into units, waiting to hear if I'll be able to stay or not.... But had to pay to break the lease early and will now likely need to pay to renew. This fucking sucks.
I also backed out of going to a tattoo convention with the rest of my shop to be here for close. Too late to rejoin.
I'm having a rough fucking time tbh. This is much more in line with the luck I'm used to having though. So it goes.
