I most certainly am a psychology major (one year of undergrad to go)... I'm actually going to be an art therapist where I'll use art to help clients express themselves (not everyone is good at talking and much information on the patient's psyche can be gained from their artwork). 
Yay! I love it!
The Children's Center is great because I get to work with kids doing artwork and all sorts of crazy things. Many of the kids are disadvantaged, coming from broken homes in Detroit. Also, many of them have very severe disorder, ranging from autism to biploar disorder, to operational defiance disorder, etc. It's really fascinating.
I'm sure engineering must be a great challenge. I admire those who utilize math and science skills that I most definitely do not have! (I wish I could say I was once considering becoming an engineer, but such is not the case!...I'm too artsy fartsy!)
