Well, i just saw them last year with the Dinosaur album memebers (Lou Barlow, i love him) , they were playing tonight without Lou so i wasn't that hurt i didn't go. Besides, i've seen them many numerous times over the years. One of the many cool parts about living so damn close to DC is lot's of great bands come by. Dinosaur Jr. reminds me of highschool though, that's all that we listened to.

i used to work for a corporate music store (it just went bankrupt...thanx downloaders, best buys and used music stores!!)
i started at the store in MD. my DM at the time happened to be a metal head like myself and when i asked if i could start a metal section he easily complied.
i started with just 2 dinky rows of CRAP like slipknot and godsmack to supplement the LACK of metal in the store but after 1 year (just b4 my transfer to CA)
i had an entire browser FULL of REAL metal (think 10 ft section)
i ordered every artist in that section and had them distributed company wide. before lamentations was even uttered in the US i had 15 copies reserved so that corporate had to talk to the label in europe to get it imported and as a result we were the 1st store to have it stateside
i stocked their entire catalog and sold out of it bi-weekly
id say im a fan....
