and who would have ever thought my TV was actually black and not grey... and the image!!! the colors are soo much brighter now without that thick layer of gunk on it.

Interviews are easy once you know how. It's about finding a balance between eagerness and desperation. But most importantly always remember that it's them trying to work out how you'd get on working for them. Ask questions, do background reading and if its sales of any type, know yr products!
