Once again, it has been a while since posting. Seems a theme. Since last post I have run the marathon I mentioned... under four hours (3:46:00) and no injuries... pretty happy about that. Signed up for a few more runs to make sure I keep it up.... 12k Oct. 2nd, half marathon NOv. 20th.... potentially a marathon in February.
But... a better use of my limited posts, with inspiration from Kaikai - Here is a list of things I want to do in the near and mid term future... basically this calendar year. Please PM or comment here if you have ideas / suggestions / encouragement on any that seem interesting to you...
And now... the list of things to do....
Visit a country I've never been to for a week or more
--- so far I have visited Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Ireland, Nicaragua, Spain, Iceland, Greece, Italy
Host a dinner party on a weeknight
watch 10 flicks in the movie theater
Pay off my car (almost there!)
donate LOTS of my clothes
organize my tiny room
read more (books and graphic novels, plenty of magazines in my life)
---life changing read: Anathem by Neal Stephenson
---recent amazing read: Cryptinomicon by Neal Stephenson
---recent read: Tree of Smoke by Denis Johnson
---currently reading: Top Ten by Alan Moore
Score 5 goals (I play defense on two soccer teams - so, not many scoring opps)
and the kicker underlying everything...
Figure out what aspects of a relationship make me most happy
--- In a relationship, am very happy, not sure the two are fully connected (casual vs causal argument in my head)
Hooray doing stuff!
Today: off to folsom street fair, Moneyball, and the GF's G-Ma's birthday.
Have fun,
~N

I'm glad I inspired you! I have a more boring to do list that I've written by hand, it's really big and really colorful in an attempt to make it seem less boring but consists of things like cleaning the house, paying bills off, and meeting advisors in school.
I once wrote a bit of a bucketlist, and since going back to it realized I have indeed crossed off quite a lot of things! At the begining of the year I designated this year my year of travel! It was really well accomplished at the begining of the year, first going to Belgium, then going on a north european road trip to France, Belgium, The Netherlands, and Germany. but after that it died down a bit.. with my only other trip being to my parents in New England. There should be a school trip in November though so hopefully that will peak up my travel a bit, money proves to be quite an issue with travel ideas, you should add the UK to your list!
Weeknight dinner parties are amazing. me and the roomate often have our own little dinner parties, we've even had a Happy Mexican Fun Time!
I never go to the movie theater as much as I say I will....I currently read two Architecture Magazines, ones a weekly one, it can be tricky to keep up with but is the perfect bus time reading! My favorite graphic novel ever is Blankets and the artist/author Craig Thompson just came out with a new book. paying off bills has left me unable to afford it yet but that shouldn't stop you from experiencing it and telling me it's amazing! it's called Habibi. He's been drawing it for years (yeah I might have been spying on him in his blog... a lot.)
Relationships are so tricky, I'm constantly stress and my biggest debate is always does my relationship make me more or less stressed?
