after i clocked out tonight, i went across the drive to Chauncy's -- which is always BuMpiN with music-- but not people. its a great place to have ROOM to dance... so i danced with one of the regulars on karaoke night at my work after he coaxed me to get off tha barstool...
heads TURNED. mix your hip hop roots with ya techno experiences, you get people asking you to professionally dance for them in Maryland and shit.

...dont get a wide board unless you have big feet...wide boards turn slower cause theres more board edge to edge...and you will lose considerable manuverability...if you can help it...get a deck with a nice sidewall, sandwich construction...cap contruction fall apart easier and delam alot...i fix way more cap boards every winter than sandwich boards...good boards: allain, burton, academy, capita jedi, neversummer, some volkl (they have this build in camber thats unreal) just any sandwiched boards...i cant stress that enough...rossi makes a good board too...check out allain and academy especially...very rider oriented...allian is ingemar backmans company, academy is hometown homeboy my buddy micah mcginnity's, and capita is chris browns...check em out...

the ATDI disc i was listening to was Relationship of Command, and yeah it's pretty decent. i haven't heard the other two, Sparta or Mars Volta. i've heard a lot of press about the Mars Volta but haven't heard any of it. a friend told me it's awfully silly, though.
