Coconut milk, you are my friend. I'm on the path to perfecting my thai red curry, my last batch was the best ever so far. And this leads me to believe perhaps Thailand would be a fun place to travel this summer. Decisions decisions.
The value of the USD is steering me away from Europe, though I really want to check out Ireland and Italy. I guess I have to decide if I want more of a scenic or a social vacation. Central and South America have a lot to offer and a Mayan dig in Guatemala would be pretty bad ass.
