My week in OBX was terrific. Our house was on the beach, with nothing in between our house and the waves. Moon rises over the water every night, barbecues, constant flows of alcohol, a house full of gear heads and DJs who took up every single outlet in the house, 17 people who were all up for that perfect balance of craziness and relaxation, copious seafood, tons of sun, kayaking, boogie-boarding, glideboarding, go karts, mini golf, and a prop-plane aerial tour of Nags Head and Kitty Hawk and the rest of the Outer Banks.
