I rode my bike yesterday. It was fantastic. Apparently I was supposed to be at work, but I fucked that up real good. My bike ride was awesome though. faaaantastic.
The weather is finally changing, I'm sure I wont be seeing the inside of my apartment much anymore. Last night I hung out with my vegan boys Derek and Jabez. We invited some ladies to hang out with. Kalie and Amy. Jabez didn't have his lady, cause she's in florida. We climbed trees, and kicked kickballs and threw nerf footballs. Then we did flips and diving rolls and handstands. I did a sweet rag doll. I'm pretty good at those. However I suck at flips and handstands, but I keep trying because I'm a gluten for pain.
I need to sharpen my ninja skills. I've turned into a dull knife over the winter and that's just unacceptable. I need to get some new gloves for fighting. We could do it bareknuckle, but that just hurts after awhile. It's hard to find vegan full contact gloves.
I need to get some new climbing gear and have my mom get my old climbing gear out of storage. Climbing gear is expensive. gross. Need to do some mad climbing, I love it.
I've been a real asshole about work lately, and I will continue to be because it's summer, and I can get away with it because I have 2 jobs. One job sucks ass and I hate it, and the other one is dope and I love it and it loves me.

2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. soy/rice milk
2 egg replacers or one whole mashed banana
Vegetable oil
Sifted powdered sugar (optional)
Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl, beating until smooth. Heat 1/4 inch oil to 375 degrees in a skillet. Cover bottom opening of a funnel with finger. (Funnel with a 3/8 inch opening works best.) Pour 1/4 cup batter into funnel. Hold funnel over skillet. Remove finger from funnel end to release batter into hot oil; remove funnel in a slow, circular motion to form a spiral.
Fry each funnel cake one minute or until edges are golden brown. Turn and fry until golden. Drain on paper towels. Repeat with remaining batter. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired. Serve warm. Yield about 1 dozen 5 inch cakes. You can also add a dash of cinnamon or drizzle them with your favorite syrup.
