My dad has terrible problems with his feet. They say a lot of them could have been avoided, if only they'd been detected when he was younger. Good to know that they caught this in your son at an early age.

I haven't been carded since I was 17. I used to feel great about it at the time....but now I just feel old. And the thing is, I'm NOT old....I just look old. Which, again, is great when you're 17....but at 30....well, you feel a little down about it sometimes.
I'm glad you like your new job. I know what you mean about feeling over-worked. But you'll settle into a routine soon. It's always like that when you start a new position, somewhere.
