Arrrrgh. I'm a terrible friend and I'm sorry for not getting back to everybody. I've been busy at the gym and spending time with the kiddos and have actually been focusing on the things that really make me happy.
I even went to the library with a friend... I had forgotten how much I love wandering around finding hidden treasures. I picked up this funny book about surviving turning 30 and it is really quite funny. The book encourages you to go out with the girls on the eve of your b-day and to get silly drunk and hang out with much younger men. Hmmmm... I could swing that.
But the biggest news is that last night a young boy (maybe 12) came over to sell me a subscription to the Oregonian and when I opened the door he asked me if my mom or dad were home.
He was actually embarrassed when I informed him I was the mom of the house. Too cute!!!
