Happy Valentines Day!!!!!!
I went to the grocery store yesterday and it was madness in there! I was like what's the deal???? The checker said it's always like this before a major holiday.
When did Valentine's Day become a major holiday? Maybe I'm just a cold icy bitch who has no appreciation for lovey dovey stuff but this never was anything to me except a pain in my ass. I always have to get the kids cards and put that crap together for like 30 kids and send candy to the class party (and no I'm not that kind of mom that likes that shit).
Maybe it's because I don't like sweets and I'm not in love. I don't know. All I can say is that there were no cards passed out at our house today. No special dinner planned, nothing out of the ordinary. No kiss goodbye from the man, not even a "have a nice day."
This being said, I do wish everyone else a happy day.
