I'm in Portland again and having a blast with the kiddos. Having a drink at McMenamins and then heading to skate shop #2 and on to dinner with my granddad.

I wish beancounter was here but he couldn't make the trip.

Actually, when it's just me and the kids we can do shit like hit skate shops and funky toy stores in NW without boring the crap out of the hubby.

We have very nice weather here, and there are four very distinct seasons (which I like). Spring and Fall are the most pleasant...mostly a 50s to 70's range. The Winters are mild, and we don't get much snow at all. We do get the occasional cold snap where it will dip into the teens for a few days. The Summers are my least favorite because it gets very humid. 98 degrees with 100% humidity is not fun at all.

That at least gives you some idea.
