I have the awesomest of friends. My good friend said he'd give his current renters the boot and let me stay in his 4 bedroom house for $1K/month. Not bad when you consider the beautiful yard, the upgrades he's put in, and the fact that it is nearly as large as where I'm staying now. And it's only 7 years old!!!
So now I have to figure out if I want to do it on my own or if I want to share my space. Hmmmm. My brother could move in but then I'd have to deal with his mess.
I'm just happy that I have such great options!! Yay! The best part is that I don't have to go through the application process and I can decide whenever I want... he can wait or ask them to leave right away.
