Ok, diet started today. Its going reasonably well. I've been drinking alot more water.

I found out my target weight should be between 8 and 9 stone for my height. which makes me about 7 stone overweight eeek I'm totally shocked, i didnt realise it was that bad.

I'm kinda positive about it at the moment.

I havent really increased my exercise that much because I dont like going out of the house alone but I'm working on it. I have a step and work out video that i can do.

Other than that i'm fine.

Still got my anti -eyebrow piercing, showing no signs of rejection! Woo!

I know a girl that got a finger piercing recently.. not sure what i think of that. It seems kinda pointless because its bound to reject pretty quickly. Imagine catching that on a piece of clothing.. ouch.

Absolutely skint so I havent got my new tattoo yet, or piercing for that matter.

My new favourite Suicide Girl is Minx kiss she's adorable.

i used to have a handweb piercing. it lasted for a month before i had to take it out. i loved it.

maybe take up skating or blading or something. i got into aggressive inline a couple years ago and was amazed how in shape it got me. before it i could hardly run for 2 minutes before killing myself then by the end of the summer i could skate hard for hours.
