Tonight theres a big protest outside Old Trafford. I've phoned my manager and asked if I can start work late because I have to got to a "meeting". Problem is you can clearly see where the demo is going on from the restaurant window and its pretty certain I'll get found out. But fuck it, this is important.
The MEC out out a statement yesterday which is being investigated by the police because of its threatening tone. Its going to get much fucking more threatening, believe me. Its got to, because this is a war we cant afford to lose.
I'm off to but soem sheets and spraypaint to get some banners done. The media will be out in force at this demo and we need to make sure our messages get conveyed.

I was there Saturday but got there a little later than usual and everything seemed normal outside, i was quite shocked when i heard the news on sunday. I guess being further away i tend to be out the loop a little and like others thought he'd chose to back off for a while, Obviously not so.
