I finally got power! A whole week with no lights, phone or cable! That sucked. I got some neat pictures though. Most of them are on film cause I ran out of space on my digital and had now where to put them! I'll get those put on disk though.
So, I must be insane, but after I lost power on thursday, I got stir crazy and decided to go for a drive. In the hurricane. I took about an hour drive to my parents ( b/c they still had power) It was quite an adventure! A real test of my driving abilities. I think I counted 9 trees that I had to dodge, and there were countless spots where I hydroplaned (WEEEE!!!!!) The wind was amazing. I love my car. She never fails me.
Now I have to get my house back in order.

every year in february the city shuts down for three inches of snow
