- I'm glad you get to spend 10 days w/ your beloved...it gives the rest of us hope (who don't have such a person in their lives) something to hopefully look forward to in the future...

I think that ideally you should do what you love. The best job is the one where you never look at your paycheck.

I work a job that I really enjoy during the school year and barely make any money on it at all. I've gotten several offers to be promoted but have turned them down since I know I would hate the added burden of being in a higher level in the group even though I would get paid more and would have more privileges.

This is however a topic that I am going to look more into myself over the coming weeks once I'm done with my exams.

Moving to a new area might be worth considering, since a change of scene can be helpful though many other issues do arise.

I think you both should follow your hearts! One wants to grow food and raise babies...while the other wants to talk to the animals...which personally tickles me to death because I really wish someone would tell me why my one cat likes to pull out my clothes...like underwear or my fav SG shirt and chew holes in them when I have been gone for 10 MINUTES!!???
