So let’s say I’m working with a person who likes (and fails) to do five things at once. And let’s say I find a task that she started but didn’t finish, is it petty of me to leave it for her to come back to? It’s not putting anyone in danger, but could potentially make me look bad. Personally I don’t think it’s fair that she starts all these things and it falls on me to finish them.
