week four of not smoking...i'm doing pretty well...although it makes me realize just how orally fixated i really am. in the evenings especially...i'll be sitting around...not smoking...and almost find myself panicking for lack of...something to do with my hands and put in my mouth(insert cheap, crude joke here). drives me crazy...i need to be able to just sit in stillness with no sort of crutch...
..not to mention i've gained like 10lbs...but that may have something to do with infidel bringing me late night cookies and candies

i don't wanna be an obnoxious gum chewer...i can only drink like 3 beers or 2 glasses of wine before i'm a slobbering mess...snacking constantly is obviously not going to be feasible...and that black tar heroin is getting too expensive(that's a joke, see)...
..maybe i'll start buying packs of pencils and carry em around in my purse...chomp through them...i think a pack a day should be good...
