week four of not smoking...i'm doing pretty well...although it makes me realize just how orally fixated i really am. in the evenings especially...i'll be sitting around...not smoking...and almost find myself panicking for lack of...something to do with my hands and put in my mouth(insert cheap, crude joke here). drives me crazy...i need to be able to just sit in stillness with no sort of crutch......

so, i'm no longer a crazy cat lady...those side-effects have abated and been replaced with raging nympho side-effects(woot!) as if i wasn't before....poor infidel...he's going to be ragged come sunday...

it's 3 degrees outside(ok so it's 40, but it feels like 3) but i'm going out anyway!! i must MOVE MY BODY!!
