insomia is a evil thing.....Ive been up since 4am (I cant work today because a customer cant decide what color shingles to go with)

come on people....I need to make money! Pick a colorrrrr!!

Tara is really ill.....so im not sure if hanging out with her is a wise idea (I hate being sick)....and since Im not doing the meat thing anymore....my immune system might be weakened ....

I need to hit up GNC and get some vitiamins.....Im taking stackers 2 right now.....pure crack. Thats exactly what it is...legal crack.

hmmmm......insomnia......crack........I think I may have found the source to my sleepin problem..... confused hmmmmm

OKay....well Im going to take a shower and get in my stang' (all polished and clean!!!) time to drive thru narragansett with an ice coffee.....my crack....and a pen and paper and write.

I got another poem published and I won the Editors Choice award......time to bust out another winner by accident.

80 POUNDS

Well...I was on the protien diet for 6 months and lost 50 pounds, with no exercise. After that, I maintained a low-carbohydrate diet and worked out with weights. Then, about 18 months ago, I moved to Florida where the food sucks and lost another 20.

So, really, I only lost 10 pounds in almost 2 years from working out. The other 70 was all diet.
