I got an ipod and a sparkly wallet for christmas!!!

I downloaded songs and went for a jog. I stopped jogging a while ago when my walkman died.....

I ran so long and hard......

that I vomited in the road.....

ahhhhh......nothing like a great workout to wake the senses.

.....I use to run with a cross county team back in the day......throwing up is normal for me lol.....
