Todd and I got into a huge heated arguement today on the site.....

Todd's the boss....but Im also a silent partner in the company (having invested just as much money and time)...

The guys know this and they also know that I have the right to show them what to do, and tell them what to do...Ive been doing it almost everyday for 5 years.

but they all like me...Todd and I play good cop/bad cop....and Im always the good cop. Its a good way to keep the boys moving....yet...keep them happy at the same time.

But two bosses...means trouble sometimes. We bump heads often and argue about the way things are done....roofing and siding is a trade....like art. It has its signature touches....and we like things a certain way.

Well today we fought over measurments.....

Lol....and we FOUGHT LOUD lol....

.....there we are screaming out numbers...busting out measuring tape, pencils, levels, story poles, calculaters....THE WORKS.

.....we fought so loud that our workers migrated to the opposite side of the house so's not to be brought into the fight by asking their opinion....it was pretty bad....


and then....Todd said.....

"Get off this site!!"


...I was like ..."WHAT!!! FINE!!!!!!"

and like a little kid I marched to my car and slammed the door. Then I texted a friend to see if he was around...but he was at work......so I started my car up....and my phone rang....

it was Todd.

"What now." I said in an icey tone.

"We were both wrong. Come back and look."

and I got out of my car...walked over to the dreaded area that we were working on....

and sure enough. We were both wrong. opps!

so this leads me to my next question....
