day one of diet begins...and strangely I feel ooook. No goodies for me today except for a peice of bubble gum...

THE HORROR!!!! gum. I should be shot. But oh well...I live dangerously

I have to go shopping though for the appropriate foods. So I cant follow this diet completly until wedsday night.

When I stood on the scale this morning...I thought I heard it wimper. The poor thing.

lol...I only want to lose 15 pounds tops. Im not fat...Im just doing this for my health and to look more defined.
I just want to see my gorgeous muscles... glistening in the sun.

Ok...hunger is making me stranger than usual lol.

I'll spare you and end this journal.
