Im starting a new diet tuesday.
One of the guys that I work with is giving me a diet he uses before big arm wresting matches. It makes you lose weight quick but keeps your strength at an all time high.
it works by eating all day, but eating the right combo of foods so that you become a fat burning machine.......lol....I sound like an infommecial.
wish me luck. maybe I'll take one of those dorky before and after pics where people stand there holding a newspaper for proof of date lol.
bye bye miss piggy

what r u training for , something in particular or just for yourself??
i did the body for life in 99 followed an eating schedule and lost 35 lbs. it wasnt easy though.
so good luck in your endevours!
I've always been a lil chubby and muscular from the start, but that's more of my body type than anything else. But my first year of college with all the beer and munchies I've gained around 15 pounds that I don't need.
I'm one of those guys that if I had the dedication I could turn into one of those freakishly strong monsters just from the way I'm built. My junior year of high school I could bench close to 300 on just 2 months of lifting weights. When I did football my coach once asked me if I lifted and when i told him I didn't he was shocked that I was naturally built up like that.
Good luck with all that stuff though
