Last night I heard from someone who I used to work with. There's an opening for a department which I'd interviewed with before I left the company. I applied again, except this time I'm sure I'll get the job. Problem was going to be that I'd be serving on a jury during the tests and interview.
Today I showed up to court, explained the situation, and the judge didn't dismiss me. Luckily, my shady past caused the prosecutor to dismiss me. I'm surprised it took him that fucking long.
