I made myself a baked potato tonight. Ok, ok, hardly the most thrilling of topics, but I've never made one before. (Yeah ok, and that sounds a bit weird). I never really liked them, so therefore I never needed to make them. And tonight I felt like one and it was a learning experience. My dad showed me how to scoop the earth out the potato with the wee pointy bit on the end of the scrubbing brush.

Anyway, I bought a jacket today after college. I'm glad I did, because it was snowing this morning and it's been fucking cold all day. One of our totally knobby lecturers (let's call him Big Ears) was being particularly knobby and made us miss our first train home. They're every half hour so I was super pissed.

College was pointless today anyway. This whole college week has been pointless, we haven't done anything worthwhile at all. (I'm a bit moody tonight, you can probably tell).

Either way, I'm spending the weekend working on a proposal for a competition the college and the BBC are running. That and working. Hope everyone has a good one.
