meh...its been one of those shitty weeks again, and have generally felt a bit down for most of it...

...so i decided to catch up with some "old friends". i needed to feel good, be inspired, and spend some time with some very interesting and amazing people.

so Tony came over last night, cracked open a couple of beers, and first we watched The Clash's "Westway To The World", and listened intently to the legend and hero that is Joe Strummer.

what a waste. we miss you dude....



then on went The Ramones "End Of the Century". We proceeded to be totally blown away by the early 1976/77 footage of "Sheena Is A Punk Rocker" and "Judy is A Punk". Laughed along with DeeDee. Laughed at Marky. Scowled along with Johnny.

we miss you guys...



anyway, it worked.
Friday (today) was a good day - i even wore my Ramones t-shirt to work.

next week, its a long overdue repeat viewing of "Do You Remember? 15 Years Of The Bouncing Souls".
