Last night I went to see Lee Hazlewood with my dad. seeing as we were in the area, I thought I'd introduce him to the delights of Charlotte and The Ship...and a couple of SGUK members in the process! 
Lee was cool as always though - a chain smoking, whiskey drinking old git, with a wicked sense of humour and a very deep voice.
Had to work in Cardiff for two days this week, which meant an all expenses paid stop over in a rather fab hotel.
It also meant a drunken but mellow night out with my fave people
PervyPunk and Vix, who I haven't seen since the end of May.
Thats too long to not see some of yer best mates to be honest...
was ace to see you both - thanks for coming out and keeping me company!

Not sure what my plan is for Saturday but I'll try and pop to the Ship at some point in the afternoon. So much for my plans to have a quiet weekend!
