well, the weekend was insane...but everyones heard about it by now, AND probably seen the photos... wink

a weekend of unbelievable drunken highs, some lows (trapsing back to sutton from golders green with a hangover at 7am on sunday!), hanging out with great people, an hilarious tube ride, a childs sex education book on breasts, a couple of birthdays, and the appearance of some phlegm.

oh, and the unbelievably urgent need to pee on the tube between tottenham ct road and camden... eeek

was it particularly insane cos me mucker PervyPunk was down for the weekend? possibly, hehe...wink biggrin
was ace to see you again mister....when can we do it all again???biggrin

~ "acquired" a second set of pixies tickets for the 4th june

~ saw "Dawn Of The Dead" - its zombies innit?! fucking ACE!

~ sorted tsunami bomb tickets for me, James, Perversia, and Wrathchild biggrin

~ got guest list for even more Dead Kennedys gigs - liverpool and bristol here i come!

~ watched Spaced with PervyPunk - have never heard someone laugh so much, and that made me biggrin

~ big thanks to Cherry for putting us up saturday night - even if the hangover made getting home a bit unpleasant puke

I really wanna see the new dawn of the dead! I'm a huge fan of the original trilogy.

After a fairly recent viewing of 'dawn...' me and my brother ended up in a semi serious discussion about what we would do in the event of a 'zombie holocaust' in the UK eeek (it could happen!) tongue.

My plan was that, after tooling ourselves up with firearms, we should head for the Bluewater shopping centre and secure the building as a base / safehouse until the worst of the crisis was over. I'd even earmarked the upper tier of the Mcdonalds in the corner of bluewater as a potential 'Zombie watchtower', from where I could monitor their activities and pick off any that got too close to the building. I was clearly inspired heavily by the movie and my thought lacked originality.confused

My brother suggested that in a scenario like this, the best thing would be to head for the coast and secure some kind of aquatic transportation (doubtful that zombies could swim wink) so we could sail away to potential safety...yes we are a pair of sad bastards! biggrin

...If you ever get a more random journal entry than that, I'll be stunned! biggrin
