so, me and my bestest gig buddy watched The Wicker Man on Friday - she found it amusing, and significantly disturbing, even if the more "musical" elements of the film freaked her out more than the wicker man itself. she also couldn't believe how young Edward Woodward looked...

and for the record, Britt Ekland definately has a stunt arse...we paused it and zoomed in on her profile during the "arse slapping" scene, and its definately not Ms Ekland...I suppose being a bloke I never really noticed (its a nekkid arse, who cares), but she spotted it straight away...

anyway, it was fab to spend the evening with her, getting pissed and talking bollocks, away from work and away from the usual loud and noisy places we usually end up...

Saturday was fun - an off the cuff mini-meet with geronimo, CreamyGoodness and partiallyblind at The Ship in Wardour Street.
It seems to have become the new groovy "alternative" hangout in Soho, and the music is great. Full plays yesterday of Rancids "Indestructible", Distillers "Coral Fang" and the Bosstones "Lets Face It".

I'm going to play up The Ship now as my new fave pub in Wardour St...I also think that manager/barlady Charlotte does a fantastic job - she remembered the round everytime...

Many beers were consumed, laughs were had, and drunken plans were discussed, made and probably forgotten.
Was ace to catch up with these guys again...

Geronimo - we really need to sort this mini-bus idea out...i think its an excellent idea...
