so...another busy weekend.

Friday, i rehearsed with the band again. third rehearsal, coming along brilliantly. I'm loving playing in a band again, and my bandmates are fab! plus it was kinda nice not being rat-arsed on a friday night!

Saturday, i ran up to the West End to meet up with Iannnnnn and Jackie and have a couple of sneaky halves at The Ship before going briefly to the Ben Crouch for a couple of hours for McKs birthday bash.

Me Jackie and Ian all then set off to Kingston to go see Sarahs (drummer) other band, the rather fantastic HEROIC DOSES at the Fighting Cocks in Kingston.

they got some kick arse DIY punk scene going on down that place or something. I was gobsmacked. the place was pretty packed and it was kicking off when the bands were on. everyone was having a great time too. what have i got myself involved in?

was a great evening. got to hang out with two of my fave people, along with my new band mates, meet some new people, and see some great live punk rock.

getting home was hazy, cos as usual...we were bladdered. oops! but i know i was rude to a bus driver. still he deserved it.

Sunday didn't go as planned, as my hangover finished me off. But i managed to get Jackie back into town for her rollerderby training - just about.

I then came home to die.

Was a fucking great weekend!
