So i've been under some stress lately. Work is super heavy right now, and i'm feeling the pressure. Nothing like affecting hundreds of thousands of customers to keep you on your toes. Every waking moment spent away from the office has been filled with practice with two bands, and finishing up a record with one.

On top of all this, my landlord told my roommate and I that she was planning on selling the house in April. This stressed me out a ton. I've been on the craigslist hunt for a house for some time, and all I was finding was crap. I needed a house in downtown san jose, that we could practice in.

Well, today, all of this changed.

We got offered the raddest house I could have imagined. It's a two story with a full basement. It was built in 1904 and it's beautiful. Dark oak hardwood floors that connect to dark oak banisters and a beautiful dark oak staircase. The house was completely re-wired 10 years ago which means it's grounded and perfect to set up a recording studio. We can move in as soon as humanly possible.

Punt, My current roommate, and myself are going to be living in a new band house.
Now if I can only talk Bob into letting us put the otari 1 inch 16 track machine in the house.
